Pakistan is light and no demise to light

He came, he saw and he conquered. Great are the persons who live not for themselves but for others, who love others, work for others, and breathe for other. If we look in this scenario, we come to know that in the history of Pakistan, our great leader, the Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is the prominent figure who worked with devotion for the Muslim of India and finally awarded them the
great and valuable gift in the form of Pakistan.

This great historic personality was born in Karachi on 25 December 1876, got his early education from there. His father Mr. Poonja Jinnah was a wealthy man and a famous merchant. He was a native of Kathiawar, Gujrat, India but for business purposes, the Jinnah family moved to Karachi and settle permanently there. Mr. Poonja and his wife Mithhibi had seven children. The whole family was known a s Jinnah family.

Mr.Poonja Jinnah decided to send his son Muhammad Ali Jinnah to England but before doing this at the will of his wife Quaid-e-Azam was married to Emibi who later died during Quaid s’ stay at England. The Quaid had no issue from her. Later on, Quaid-e-Azam got married with Rattanbi, a Parson woman but later she embraced Islam and got her Islamic name Maryam Jinnah. A beautiful daughter Dina was born to her.

After becoming a lawyer, Muhammad Ali Jinnah started practice at Bombay. Very soon, he got fame as an immaculate Barrister. This great leader had a deep insight of politics and of current situation of the sub-continent. Kindled by the idea given to him by the great poet and philosopher, Allama Muhammad Iqbal; he took an active part in politics. With his political insight and burining ideas, he infused a new spirit in the Muslims of India.

At last,his effort bore fruit and Pakistan appeared on the map of the world. Word Pakistan added in the Atlas. He became the first Governer General of this newborn state. It was not the end of untired struggle but the beginning of a new struggle.Yet a lot was to be done but this great hero got ill and died om 11 September 1948.
